FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
Buying chairs
What is the minimum order?
Two chairs from available local stock. Chairs are boxed in pairs, so orders are placed in even quantities.
Do you publish wholesale pricing?
No. Pricing is shared directly with approved trade accounts rather than published on the site — publishing it would undercut the retailers already selling these chairs. Submit a wholesale application and we'll send pricing for the tier your quantities fall into.
When does volume pricing start?
At 18 chairs or more. Container pricing begins at 60 chairs per model and color.
How many chairs are in a full container?
Roughly 280 chairs, depending on the models included.
Can I mix models and colors in one order?
Yes for stock and volume orders. For container orders, the 60-chair minimum applies per model and color, but colors can be mixed inside a shared container.
What colors are available?
Four leathers are held in stock: Beige, Light Grey, Medium Grey and Mocha. The full line can also be produced to order in a much wider range of leathers, listed on the collection page.
Where do the chairs ship from?
Stock is held in Miami, Florida, and is available for pickup at the warehouse by appointment. Freight options are quoted per order.
Are these chairs suitable for restaurants or hospitality?
It depends on the model and the application. Commercial suitability varies, so ask us before specifying a chair for a contract project and we'll tell you honestly whether it's the right one.
What affects my final landed cost?
Order quantity, destination, freight, duties, customs, drayage and other logistics. We quote landed cost per order rather than giving one number that won't hold up.
Becoming the Chair Guy
Is this just an online course?
No. The training is one component. The other part is access to real product — the chair sourcing and supplier network — so you have something to actually sell. A course on its own wouldn't be a business.
Do I need experience in furniture?
No. Plenty of the model is built for people coming in from outside the industry. Existing experience helps, but the blueprint starts from the beginning.
Do I need a store or a showroom?
No. The whole point of the model is that it doesn't require a traditional furniture showroom, a warehouse or a delivery fleet.
How much money will I make?
We don't make income claims. No earnings are guaranteed, and results depend on your market, your effort, your pricing and your execution. What we can talk about honestly is how the margins on chairs work and what the category makes possible.
Do I have to buy a container to get started?
No. That's exactly the problem the three buying levels exist to solve. You can start with local stock in small quantities and grow into volume and container orders once demand is proven.
Can I do this alongside another job?
That's a question about your own capacity and market, and it's one to talk through directly rather than answer with a blanket yes. Submit an application and we'll have a real conversation about it.
Still have a question?
Ask directly — you’ll get a straight answer rather than a brochure.
